What You Need to Know About the Raritan Crown Head Pump Assembly

This Raritan Crown Head parts assembly represents a complete assembly and fits the 1988 and newer Crown Head models. It’s similar to any marine macerator pump in that it’s a wear item on toilets. It’s easier to unbolt the existing pump and bolt a new one on.

The pump head is a plastic housing versus a metal, bronze or stainless housing, so the housing will wear.

There’s an impeller which can be replaced inside the head but, again, it’s so easy to pull four bolts out, disconnect the hose, and bolt the new one on.

The Crown Series toilet is very popular. Raritan has done a good job providing to boat builders and has thousands of Crown Head toilets in use today. They haven’t made a lot of changes to the product, so this pump fits a lot of years of production. The sheer volume accounts for its popularity.
