What You Need to Know About the Raritan Crown Head Pump Assembly
This Raritan Crown Head parts assembly represents a complete assembly and fits the 1988 and newer Crown Head models. It’s similar to any marine macerator pump in that it’s a wear item on toilets. It’s easier to unbolt the existing pump and bolt a new one on.
The pump head is a plastic housing versus a metal, bronze or stainless housing, so the housing will wear.
There’s an impeller which can be replaced inside the head but, again, it’s so easy to

The Crusader exhaust riser is used to get the exhaust higher in the hull of the boat to allow the downhill run of the exhaust cooling water.
The water that cools the engine is injected into the exhaust system. You need that exhaust height high enough to run downhill and out of the boat. With some bigger boats, the engines are pretty low in the hull and could be at or below the water line.

The Sealand VacuFlush toilet system has been popular on boats worldwide for years. Different versions ranging from pedal-flush types to models resembling high-end household toilets are now available. With the various models and versions, though, basic repair and troubleshooting can sometimes be confusing. We always recommend obtaining specific model numbers when troubleshooting any issues with your VacuFlush system (or any system on your boat, for that matter). However, there are universal issues with VacuFlush systems that have basic solutions.
5 Sealand VacuFlush Toilet Part Fixes
Issue #1: Water Does Not Enter the Bowl
This is a fairly common issue that occurs mostly with panel-operated VacuFlush units. The cause of the problem is most likely electrical.
